Rates vary depending on the season and the number of guests staying and are calculated per night. They include water, gas, electricity, and WiFi access. For your convenience, a weekly cleaning service is also included.
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, with the balance due two weeks before your arrival. A breakage deposit is payable upon arrival, along with the signing of an indemnity form. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided everything is in order.
