Rates are subject to season and are calculated per night. They include water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet access. One cleaning weekly is included for your leisure. Noordhoek Garden Cottage is the ideal place for those who would like to spend the whole summer in South Africa (the so called swallows). Please enquire directly with us for our long stay discount.
A deposit of 50% of the total bill secures your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. A breakage deposit is due on arrival and an idemnity form is to be signed. The breakage deposit shall be refunded on your departure if all is in order.
