Rates are subject to season and are calculated per night. They include water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet access. One cleaning weekly is included for your leisure.
A deposit of 50% of the total bill secures your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. A breakage deposit is due on arrival and an idemnity form is to be signed. The breakage deposit shall be refunded on your departure if all is in order.
