Noordhoek Beach Barn is a 2 bedroom self catering holiday house located in the beautiful sea side village of Noordhoek at the foot of Chapmans Peak. Noordhoek Beach, our 6 km long stretch of white sand, famous Noordhoek Famvillage and the Red Herring Center with several restaurants and shops are all in walking distance.
The house is modern and stylish - almost minimalistic and has a laid-back vibe.
It consits of two barn-like units in an L-shape, connected by a corridor with office space and a bathroom.
The first barn accommodates the kitchen, living and dining area. Its two massive sliding doors open to the pool area with pergola and al fresco dining area and to a small courtyard on the other side.
The second barn consists of the two bedrooms and the childrens play area in the upper loft area.
The bathroom is designed as a wet room. It opens to the outside and is illuminated not only by the windows, but also by the large sandblasted doors.
This contemporary barn-style home manages to connect between indoors and outdoors in an almost unique fashion. Large sliding doors on both sides of the living area and floor to ceiling windows troughout the house integrate the garden into the core of the house.
The veranda leads to the pool and boasts the most amazing view of Chapman's Peak.
Decks run around the house and not only create an easy flow between the in and out, but also serve as a place for relaxation and meditation inbetween lush plant and birdlife.
