The house is designed and furnished to enable you to enjoy a perfect leisure holiday in the Cape – ideal for large families or several couples. Every part of the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing ambience, especially as the incredible sunsets fill the house with Africa’s warm colours.

The new kitchen and outdoor kitchen
The large, newly designed kitchen is the heart of the home. It features a central island and is exceptionally well equipped for a large household: fully automatic coffee machine, kitchen machine, two ovens and a double-door fridge. Three generous double doors open the space completely to the outdoor kitchen, which is fitted with a sink, gas grill and charcoal braai – perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Bedrooms and layout
The villa offers a flexible layout with bedrooms on different levels, including a closed family tract with its own bathroom and two bedrooms. This makes it particularly comfortable for larger families or groups who want both togetherness and privacy.

Garden and outdoor living
Set within a large, fully enclosed garden, the property provides plenty of green space for children to play and run around. The area around the beach pool has an almost tropical feel. A pool safety fence is available for families with smaller children. The villa is dog-friendly and offers off-street parking.

Noordhoek Beach Villa has a Solar System with Backup Batteries, so loadshedding is a thing of the past. Facilities include Smart TV, stereo and wireless internet access.
