Epic Views Selfcatering Guesthouse is located high up on the slopes of Elsie's Peak in Sunny Cove overlooking the False Bay. The villa is surrounded by Fynbos vegetation. A small footpath starts about 50m away from the property and leads to Elsie's peak. Trough another footpath you can reach Fish Hoek Beach with Coffee Guy and Faith Juice (juice & smoothies).
Three major shopping malls Longbeach Mall, Sun Valley Mall and Harbour Bay Mall and a modern fitness center are less than 6 km away.
Epic Views Guesthouse is close to several beaches and vibrant villages like Simon's Town and Kalk Bay on the False Bay coast or Noordhoek on the Atlantic coastline with numerous restaurants and shops.

Noordhoeks village center, the vibrant Noordhoek Farm Village with its 4 restaurants (including the famous Foodbarn), a coffee shop, a juice bar, artisan icecream, organic fruit & veg shop, a deli and numerous curio shops.
Cape Point Vineyards, Noordhoeks local wine estate with amazing views over the village, the mountains and the sea, is one of the finest wineries in the entire Cape. Here you can picnic, have a wine tasting, feast at the weekly food market or enjoy the wine and food in the restaurant.
Don't miss Steenberg Bistro Sixteen82 at the beginning of Constantia Wineroute and Harbour House in the Kalk Bay Harbour.
Epic Views is situated in the heart of the Cape Peninsula with a tranquil and serene ambience, with plenty of wide open spaces, unspoiled beaches and breathtaking scenery.
Despite its country atmosphere, the area has a lot to offer, including restaurants, horse-riding, whale watching, hiking trails, surfing, bird-watching and an art route. Clovelly golf course lies between Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay, 3 other golf courses and all the main attractions of the Cape like Chapman's Peak Drive (one of the most scenic coastal drives in the world), the penguins of Boulders, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Constantia Winelands with the oldest wineries in South Africa, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and Cape of Good Hope are all close by.
